Delete Your Account

How to delete your IELTS MySpeaking account and all associated data.

Delete from the App

You can delete your account directly from within the IELTS MySpeaking app:

Open the app and go to the Settings tab (bottom right).

Scroll down to the Account section.

Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Delete by Email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:

Include the email address associated with your account. Autosynex will process your request within 3 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Data Already Deleted Before Account Deletion

Audio recordings of your spoken responses are automatically deleted immediately after transcription and grading. They are not stored at the time of account deletion.

Retention Period

Account deletion is immediate and permanent. No data is retained after deletion. There is no recovery period.
