IELTS SpeakReady ("the App") is developed and operated by Autosynex. Autosynex is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use the App.

Information Collected

• Display Name: The name you provide when you first open the App. This is used to personalize your experience.
• Device Identifier: A randomly generated unique ID stored on your device. Autosynex uses this to associate your test history with your device. No real device ID, IMEI, or hardware identifiers are collected.
• Audio Recordings: When you take a speaking test, your voice is recorded and sent to Autosynex servers for transcription and grading. Audio recordings are automatically deleted after grading is complete. Voice recordings are not stored permanently.
• Test Results: Your band scores, transcripts, and feedback are stored to provide you with a history of your progress.

How Your Information Is Used

• To transcribe your spoken answers using third-party speech-to-text services
• To grade your responses using AI language models
• To display your test history and progress
• To improve the accuracy of the grading system

Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are used to process your data:

• OpenAI: For speech-to-text transcription and AI grading. Your audio and transcripts are processed by OpenAI's API. Please review OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• DigitalOcean: For hosting servers and storing data.

Data Retention

• Audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription and grading.
• Test results and transcripts are retained as long as your account exists.
• You can delete individual test results from the App at any time.

Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and Autosynex servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Industry best practices are followed to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. Autosynex does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your test results from within the App
• Request deletion of all your data by contacting Autosynex
• Access the information held about you

Autosynex may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
