IELTS MySpeaking ("the App") is developed and operated by Autosynex. Autosynex is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use the App.

Information Collected

• Display Name: The name you provide when you create an account. This is used to personalize your experience. If you sign in with Google, your name is provided by your Google account.
• Email Address: Collected when you create an account or sign in. It is used to identify your account, to send a one-time verification code at sign-up, and to let you log in. If you sign in with Google, your email address is provided by your Google account.
• Device Identifier: A randomly generated unique ID stored on your device. Autosynex uses this to associate your test history with your device and to help prevent fraud and abuse. No real device ID, IMEI, or hardware identifiers are collected.
• Audio Recordings: When you take a speaking test, your voice is recorded and sent to Autosynex servers for transcription and grading. Audio recordings are automatically deleted after grading is complete. Voice recordings are not stored permanently.
• Test Results: Your band scores, transcripts, and feedback are stored to provide you with a history of your progress.
• Subscription Information: If you purchase a premium subscription, your purchase and subscription history is used to unlock and manage premium features. Payments are handled by the app store; Autosynex does not receive or store your payment card details.

How Your Information Is Used

• To create and manage your account and verify your email address
• To transcribe and grade your spoken answers and display your results
• To display your test history and progress
• To process and manage premium subscriptions
• To help prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of free trials
• To improve the accuracy of the grading system

Third-Party Services

Autosynex uses a limited number of third-party service providers to operate the App. These providers process your data only to perform services for Autosynex and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• AI processing providers: To transcribe your audio into text and to generate band scores and feedback. Your audio and transcripts are processed solely to produce your results.
• Google Play: To process in-app subscription purchases and, if you choose, to sign you in with your Google account.
• Cloud infrastructure provider: For server hosting and data storage.

Data Retention

• Audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription and grading.
• Your account information, email address, test results, and transcripts are retained as long as your account exists, and are deleted when you delete your account.
• You can delete individual test results from the App at any time.

Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and Autosynex servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Industry best practices are followed to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. Autosynex does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your test results from within the App
• Request deletion of all your data by contacting Autosynex
• Access the information held about you

Changes to This Policy

Autosynex may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
